Deborah Marcus, LCSW  received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at Clark University in Worcester, MA and a Masters in Social Work degree from Southern Connecticut State University. Deborah believes in helping clients move towards personal growth & wellness one moment/one thought at a time, and favors the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a LENS practitioner, she has incorporated Neurofeedback as a focal point of passion and expertise in the treatment of various conditions. Deborah is grateful to have had 22 years of experience in varied medical settings, AND approaches therapy with a holistic mind, recognizing the relevance of both Eastern and Western medicine to aid in mental health treatment approaches.  Deborah is trained in Heart Rate Variability and uses HeartMath technology to assist clients in regulating heart coherence, creating a sound, calm, mind/body connection. She has had great success using LENS, Bioregulation Therapy, BodyLENS therapy, Cold Laser therapy, and the photonic stimulator in the treatment of concussions, migraines, Meniere’s disease, anxiety, mood, sleep, motor function, executive function, sensory processing D/O, PTSD, management of substance use D/O, pain related to injury, and acute and chronic illness & more!

Jessica Rodican, LPC   is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Connecticut State University.  She has several years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings, including the home environment, residential placements, and outpatient settings, providing therapeutic strategies and crisis intervention.  Jessica uses a multi-model approach to therapy, including CBT, DBT, and solutions focused intervention to treat individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral difficulties. Jessica is a trained practitioner of Low Energy Neurofeedback. With impeccable clinical skills, Jessica employs LENS as an incredibly successful form of treatment for her clients.

Jennifer Anastasio, LCSW​ is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and families. Jennifer graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Jennifer received her Master’s degree in social work from the University of Connecticut. Jennifer also has a post-Master’s certificate in foster care and adoption. Jennifer is passionate about working with children and teenagers because of their potential malleability and, often, the enthusiasm they bring to treatment. Jennifer treats a variety of clinical issues, including, but not limited to , anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, as well as providing support during life transitions, parental divorce and grief and loss.  Jennifer brings a joyful approach to her work each day, in getting to know her clients and establishing rapport. Jennifer often uses CBT approaches in therapy, as well as thinking creatively about each child and their needs, and how to understand complex thoughts and emotions, in simple, understandable ways.
Jennifer is a trained provider of LENS Neurofeedback and uses this is in conjunction with psychotherapy approaches.

Marissa Butler, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Marissa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science  degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Connecticut State University.  She has experience in a variety of settings such as crisis intervention, in-home services, schools, and outpatient care.  Marissa implements a multi-model approach including person-centered, solution-focused, play, and cognitive behavioral therapy based on the needs of the children, adolescents, and adults she works with.  She enjoys rapport building and client engagement, and treats every therapeutic relationship differently.  Marissa is a trained practitioner of Low Energy Neurofeedback.  In session, Marissa often utilizes LENS, Bioregulation Therapy, BodyLENS Therapy, Low Level Laser therapy, Heart Rate Variability along with traditional therapy to increase the success of her clients.

​Kelly Camp, LCSW  is a licensed clinical social worker who received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in mental health from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master's Degree in Social Work, with a clinical concentration in children and families from Southern Connecticut State University. Kelly has recently continued her education and obtained a 6th year certification in Educational Leadership. Kelly has experience working with children, adolescents and young adults in residential, out-patient, home based services and therapeutic schools. Kelly is skilled in crisis intervention, behavior modification, navigating systems, clinical case management, group work and individual out-patient therapy. She is experienced in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, school difficulties and family issues. Kelly works early on in sessions to build a positive rapport and provide clients with a supportive environment, in order to meet mutually agreed upon treatment goals. Kelly is a trained practitioner in LENS Neurofeedback.

Elizabeth DeConto, LCSW​  received her bachelor’s in psychology at ECSU and her Master’s in Social Work at Quinnipiac University. She is an empathetic clinician who works through a trauma-informed lens and prioritizes understanding and addressing the impact of trauma on her clients. She creates a safe and supportive environment, recognizing the signs of trauma and responding in a way that promotes healing. Elizabeth also focuses on diagnosing and treating anxiety and depression, as well as other mood-related disorders. She uses various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based interventions, to help individuals manage their symptoms and improve overall mental health. Additionally, Elizabeth advocates for the LGBTQIA+ population, ensuring that their services are inclusive, affirming, and sensitive to the unique mental health challenges faced by individuals within this community. This may involve offering culturally competent care, addressing issues such as discrimination, identity, and stigma, and supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals in navigating their mental health journey. This approach involves being sensitive to the emotional and psychological effects of trauma, building trust, and ensuring that the clients's dignity and autonomy are respected. By integrating evidence-based practices, Elizabeth combines the latest research with compassionate care to deliver effective treatment that is tailored to the individual’s needs.

 Gina Rodican, LMSW is a Master's level social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and systemic challenges. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master’s in Social Work from Sacred Heart University. Her practice is rooted in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT. Gina is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships through active listening, empathy, and effective communication, and she strives to empower clients to achieve meaningful and lasting change.
