As your therapist, our mission begins with respecting your needs and meeting you where you're at. We will help you challenge unhealthy thoughts in and out of session, incorporating CBT and/or neurofeedback to change your thinking, and ultimately your mood, and your outcome! As the founder of Peak, I use all of the techniques I teach people....on myself! I eat, sleep and breathe Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to manage stressful situations and change unhelpful thinking. I utilize behavior management strategies with children I'm treating in the office, or in my own family of four children….AND i successfully incorporate neurofeedback into my own world of personal growth! |
