Psychotherapeutic services are offered for individuals throughout the lifespan: beginning with children ages 2 and up, through adolescence, and into adulthood. While therapy is client-focused, family members are welcome to join in the session as deemed appropriate jointly by the client and the clinician. This may be recommended to shed light on stressors/conflict, increase communication, or address emotional or behavioral needs (as is often the case with children). A wide variety of psychotherapeutic modalities are favored, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), LENS Neurofeedback, components of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, trauma focused/trauma sensitive therapy, behavior modification, heart rate variability methodology and more. The therapy airs a holistic, client-centered approach towards mind/body coherence and overall wellness.
